*Customer Care Representative (6 Months Fixed Term Contract)

Job Requirements :
  • Provide a superior level of service to customers via inbound and outbound calls.
  • To respond to customer queries through text-based channels such as e-mail and Web chat whilst ensuring quality and in line with defined Mobitel standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Sinhala, or Tamil in order to provide clear and concise information when responding to customer queries.
  • Should have good keyboard skills and be competent in
  • Microsoft Office packages with the proficiency to quickly navigate
  • systems and use shortcuts.
  • The candidate should be flexible to work on roster as required on weekdays and weekends in a 24/7 operation.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements :
  • Candidate should have passed the GCE O/L Examination and sat for GCE A/L Examination.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala or Tamil.
  • The capability to enhance customer relations and maintain a high standard of service during interactions, together with the confidence to engage with customers proactively.
  • Good interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to multi-task and be attuned to provide quick resolutions
  • An energetic service-oriented personality, with a positive attitude.
  • Must be customer-focused, empathetic, and helpful.
