Human Resources Officer - Union Assurance Job Vacancies 2023

Key Responsibilities :

Will be responsible for the end to end onboarding process of new recruits.
Ensuring that all employee letter requests are met within the given SLA.
Issuing Visa Letters to employees within the given SLA.
End to end process handling of service letters.

Candidate Profile :

Pursuing Degree in Human Resource from a reputed organization or following a professional. qualification in a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
Excellent command in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
Ability to work with a team and ability to work independently.
Microsoft Office Package Knowledge is an added advantage.
