Key Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for the end to end onboarding process of new recruits.
- Ensuring that all employee letter requests are met within the given SLA.
- Issuing Visa Letters to employees within the given SLA.
- End to end process handling of service letters.
Candidate Profile :
- Pursuing Degree in Human Resource from a reputed organization or following a professional. qualification in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Ability to work with a team and ability to work independently.
- Microsoft Office Package Knowledge is an added advantage.
