Requirements :
- Female Candidates only.
- Age between 18 to 35 years.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in similar capacity.
- Previous experience in the field of customer care is preferred.
- Young, efficient & energetic female Candidates with positive attitude.
- Proficiency in English & Sinhala is essential.
- Knowledge in Tamil would be an added advantage Computer Literacy.
- Being friendly, approachable & professional team player with an ability to resolve complaints & conflicts.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on shift basis.
*Candidates from Wellawatta or suburbs would have an added advantage.
