Person Specifications :

1. Candidates who possess trilingual skills have a definite advantage.
2. Professional qualifications or pursuing tertiary education pertaining to CRM.
3. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Call Centre, preferably Life Insurance.
4. Be outgoing and positive, with a "can do!" attitude
