Trainee Bank Associate - Hatton National Bank (HNB) Job Vacancies 2022

Qualifications :

• G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, minimum of one Credit pass and two Simple passes.
• G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination minimum of five Credit passes and an "A" pass either for Mathematics or English (with not less than a "C" pass for the other subject).
• Full/ partly completed Professional/ Academic qualification offered by a recognized institute will be an advantage.
• Age . Between 18 and 25 years.

Work Experience :

• Candidates who possess previous work experience/ internships from banks will have a distinct advantage.

Competencies :

• A basic knowledge in IT is essential.
• A flair for good interpersonal relations and customer service is vital.
• A good command of English, both written and spoken is necessary.

Training :

• The period of training will be two years, during which an allowance will be paid.
• Selected candidates should be willing to serve in any part of the island.
• On completion of the training period, successful candidates may be considered for appointment as Bank Associates, subject to availability of positions and will receive an attractive remuneration package.
• This is a traineeship programme and does not, under any circumstance, guarantee permanent employment in the Bank.
