Job Scope :

• Correspond to customer queries via calls and emails while maintaining constant professionalism. 
• Provide exceptional service assistance to customers in placing orders through the company website and direct calls. 
• Efficient handling and resolving of customer complaints regarding product sales and orders. 
• Maintain extraordinary service standards while adhering to Company values. 
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the management team.
• Effective identification of customer issues through appropriate strategies.
• Maintain accuracy in data maintained and provided to customers.
• Coordinate and communicate with supportive departments with required information. 
• Timely updating of call notes and call reports as per the department standards.

Pre-requisites : 

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer care. 
• Previous experience in sales will be a definite advantage. 
• Successful completion of GCE O/L with a distinction pass for english and credit pass for Mathematics. 
• Good command of the English & Sinhala or Tamil language. 
• Pleasing personality with a friendly and positive attitude. 
• Service oriented individual with excellent listening and communication skills. 
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work on a shift/ roster basis and flexible working hours including holidays. 
• Hands-on experience in MS Office Packages
